Pastor Kurk Nicholas

Pastor Kurk L. Nicholas, Sr. has distinguished himself as a zealous defender of the Word of God, recognized for his ability to declare the truth in love. He has been a member of Hope Community Church Ministries for over 13 years and has served the ministry in many areas, including chairman of the deacon board, pastor of new member intake and as a trustee, a position he currently holds.

His unique teaching style and caring heart serves him well as pastor over Biblical Counseling and the Couple’s Ministry. Pastor Nicholas has been married for 27 years to Lynette Nicholas and was blessed with one son whom the Lord called home 8 years ago at the tender age of 18. He is a retiree of the U.S. Army and currently works for the federal government as an Engineering Technician.
