Pastor Gloria Pearson

Pastor Gloria Pearson is a holy ghost filled, fire baptized believer who heard and accepted the call of God to preach in 1999. She was ordained a pastor at Hope Community Church in 2010, where she currently serves, faithfully, under the leadership of Senior Pastor Bishop Dr. Charles E. Rodgers. Pastor Pearson is lead pastor over the Women Ministry, Ministerial Alliance, Christian Education, Usher Board Ministry and Biblical Enhancement Ministry.

Pastor Pearson is a native of Decatur, Alabama and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from Athens State University. She is on the leadership team at GE Appliances, in Decatur where she manages, motivates and leads a team of 60 employees. She and her husband Harold have been married 42 years and have one daughter, LeMesia, two granddaughters, Nyla Grace and Kyra Joi, one son-in-law, Billy.

She uses her God-given anointing to teach and preach the word of God in truth, with power, and simplicity and believes, “we can be what the word says we can be, we can have what the word says we can have, and we can do what the word says we can do!”
